- $10,000 Major Medical plus Surgical, payout not subject to the value of the horse; cost $400 for animals 2-15 years of age, $450 for animals 6 months through yearling, deductible $300 per incident
- $7500 Major Medical plus Surgical, payout up to $7500 or the insured value of the horse, whichever is lesser; cost $275 for animals 2-15 years of age, $325 for 6 mos. through yearling, deductible $300 per incident
- Surgical Only $5,000 coverage, no deductible, cost $150, for animals 6 months through 17 years, regardless of horse's insured value
